- You can't. You have burned your bridges so badly and thoroughly that there is essentially zero chance you'll ever be allowed back. You are arbcom blocked, globally locked for harassment, and just this week you have used at least three sock puppets to continue harassing someone. Your only option is an appeal to Arbcom, as you are arbcom blocked, and there is zero chance of them accepting an appeal while you continue to actively evade your block and harass editors.
