Non-free image edit

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to a page, specifically Julius Randle, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Acdixon (talk · contribs) 18:52, 3 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Ali-Han Ibragimov edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ali-Han Ibragimov requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.  GILO   A&E 19:37, 2 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Notability edit

You wrote on the talk page: "All the information here is true, let me know what should be changed in order to avoid speedy deletion." Sorry, being true is not enough; Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a social-networking site for people to write about themselves and their friends. It is selective about subjects for articles: school basketball and working on an as-yet-unreleased game are not enough. The test for inclusion is called Wikipedia:Notability and looks for references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about? See also WP:Notability (summary). JohnCD (talk) 20:30, 2 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Antinomy (video game) edit

The article Antinomy (video game) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unsourced and fails WP:NVIDEOGAMES. There is a lack of any available sources, probably too soon for an article.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Antinomy (video game) moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Antinomy (video game), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. czar 18:33, 1 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Antinomy (video game) edit

Hello, LakersPlaya. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "Antinomy".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. — O Fortuna! Imperatrix mundi. 17:42, 5 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
