Dorothy and Glen edit

Interestingly, LEGO Island 2 for the gameboy advance seems to imply that Glen is Dorothy's husband! See Ya', tfullwood 17:28, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

Pete Bog edit

OK, first: In LEGO Island 2, the Informtaion Center had slightly different character designs, which seems to imply that that part was made before game production began. Second: The opening animation for LEGO Island 2 was done by someone completely unrelated to it's making, and therefore has many differences from the final game.

Now to the point: In the game Pete wears a white hat, but in the Info. Center he wears a black hat. The black hats are slightly different from other similer hats in that the front is slightly rounded, and the boxart shows this hat with a police badge on the front. With the black hat, Pete looks surprisingly similar to a third policeman in the opening cut scene who never appeared in the game, only seen in one shot from ontop a platform over the jail. Not only that, but if you take that policeman on top, and pop some sunglasses on: Gasp! Captain D. ROM! I believe that he was originally going to be ROM, but eventually became the docter's assistant during development. This would explain his police-like attire. Not only that, but a bunch of expression into his voice and he sounds like ROM! Since the voice acting in LEGO Island 2 was almost 100% different from that in Island 1, it could easily be seen that Pete's voice was the actor's impression of ROM! The dialouge, when put into ROM's voice, sounds just like him! It could be that that was a last minute change, which could explain the slight bug when first meeting him: The last line he says to Pepper is viewed from is point of view, and Pepper's mouth is moving to his dialouge! Interesting discoveries edit

It turns out that the dialouge in LEGO Island 2 was stored in MP3 format, and is easily accesible! When viewing my 'discovery,' I came across some dialouge never used in the game! This dialouge includes characters telling Pepper to "deliver the pages," which was never featured in the game (the buildings assembled automatically). Also, when fighting the brickster-bots, well I found some dialouge of the Infomaniac stating 'Pepper has saved insert character's name hear from the Brickster-Bots,' and similar things, as well as "Good Pepper! Now click on their heads," not to mention various things the heads could be made into. This seems to imply that the brickster-bot fighting was originally a mini-game that was never included. This could explain something important: Everytime Pepper has to do something, and no one is there to tell him, a holographic info. automatically pops up and tells him to. Except the brickster bot fight! Even though you can have him tell you that! This seems to imply that the mini-game was completed, but canceled and taken out, but they forgot to add the hologram. What about Island Xtreme Stunts? edit

This page needs some major work. The most obvious problem is it only covers the first 2 games - the third, Island Xtreme Stunts, isn't covered. Also, I have found a bunch of inaccurate information in the content that is here. I'm going see if I can't improve this somehow; I'm a big fan of the series and know a lot about the characters and such. Jamesster.LEGO (talk) 19:58, 27 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
