Correct sexist vandalism

No, it was vandalism to Lingua franca, as an inspection of some of the other changes made by the editor in question (an anonymous IP address) will quickly confirm. I considered the possibility that the edit was made in good faith (per the "assume good faith" policy), and was careful to check other edits from that source before making my comment.
