Hello I admin I was making a mistake by creating multiple accounts but I was not aware about the rules, but now I'm full-aware about the guidelines and rules in Wikipedia so I think the block is no longer necessary because I understand that I have been blocked for the misuse of multiple Wikipedia accounts and creating new accounts to avoid detection or sanctions etc.. but now I will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and I promise to make useful contributions instead so please re-consider about my account and you can delete any other accounts that belongs to me . thank you

@Yamla: I admit what I did and I said I was wrong but I'm not stuped to make another mistake that can block my Ip address for a long time. I could make another wikipedia account but I do not want if you accept my request I will start again in Wikipedia and if you don't it's okay I will just leave .   • There's almost nothing non-stale to check, but there's nothing on the IP range he's most recently used. It looks like might have been some proxy use during the SPI case.   • Half of his edits seem to be adding his own name to Wikipedia articles (Special:Diff/814015748, Special:Diff/932734326) or creating sandbox articles about himself. Kousai orfahli, what do you want to edit? You said you're going to "make useful contributions", but that's pretty vague. As far as I can tell, there wasn't anything more than the visible sock puppetry and vote stacking going on, so I guess it's fine if someone else wants to unblock the editor. 1. You are not allowed to edit with any account, because you (you, as a person) are blocked from editing Wikipedia. WP:Block evasion is not allowed, and if you try to use another account for editing, it will be blocked too.
