Léon Lemartin edit

Bonjour Khalistoo,

Thank you for taking the trouble to write to me. Your great grandfather Léon was a great man. Hardworking, clever and brave, but also caring for his family. I am sure that you are truly proud of him. For me it was a pleasure and an honour to slowly unearth the information about his. Actually I think that your great great grandfather Edmond was also a very special person, a Compagnon du Tour, an inventor, and obviously inspiring to Léon's education. Each time I read the article it makes me feel sad, such a shame that his life was cut off so abruptly, he would obviously have achieved so much more if he had lived longer.

The article could be improved with some additional pictures, so it would be excellent if you are able to contribute any. I will help if you have any problems, you may see on my talk page that I also helped a descendent of Hubert Latham to upload his images. Pictures of Léon's early life, Edmond, his first wife Louise, Jane de Lambert, your grandmother Madeleine, his children, the grave at Dunes, and any more working and flying pics would be great. Was he photographed when Bleriot made history and escaped to England? :)
