Categorization

Can you please stop adding non-Algerian people to the "Algerian people of X descent" categories (where X is their country of birth)? All the people you are adding are not Algerian, they are of Algerian descent. For example, a French actor of Algerian descent can be added to "French people of Algerian descent" but not "Algerian people of French descent" because he is not Algerian. You can only add them to these categories when there is clear proof that they are also Algerian. For example, Karim Ziani represents Algeria in football competitions. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
