editI think you do a very good job of keeping the language simple and understandable. The second sentence under sample gathering should have a "the" before land. Under the subsection compression, it would be nice to add an image of what you are describing to help the reader follow along. The flow of the article seems to work but you need more equal weight between them. For example, the sections with research, hobby, and poaching needs more substance. May I suggest giving examples of poaching/ places where it is illegal to poach or citing a paper that used herbarium specimens. Lastly, you should check to make sure the citations for the PDF's listed are in the correct format whether you're following MLA, APA, or Chicago. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Javelez2 (talk • contribs) 15:47, 6 April 2017 (UTC)

You guys have some great stuff! I really like the stuff on plant pressing. Were you able to find any more information on plant poaching? My only critique would be to watch that you are citing direct quotes right after the quotation marks and to make sure if you are paraphrasing to add the link to the citation after each sentence (if applicable) instead of at the end of the paragraph.
