Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Yusufzai into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 21:52, 15 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

February 2023 edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 14:45, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Sorry sir, but why I have been blocked. Please tell me the reason so that i can do something. 14:49, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Isparki

Request reason:

misunderstanding Isparki (talk) 15:20, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

The problem is actually worse than what lead directly to your block. You are violating WP:COI and WP:PROMO, inappropriately promoting Frontier Children's Academy when you have a direct conflict of interest. We have no interest in you promoting your business here. Use your own website and social media to do that. For future reviewing admins in case this user claims they don't have a conflict of interest, note that they personally created the logo, File:Frontier Children's Academy, Hayatabad Logo.svg, and they personally own the copyright. That's even aside from the blatant marketing content on the now-deleted article. Yamla (talk) 15:42, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Dear Wikipedia Administrators,

I am writing this unblock request to express my sincere apologies for any actions that may have caused concern or misunderstanding. I understand that my account has been blocked for making multiple requests for article review on the talk pages of the administrators.

I would like to assure you that my intentions for editing on Wikipedia are solely to contribute to building an accurate and reliable source of information for all. I deeply regret any actions that may have been misinterpreted as disruptive or inappropriate, and I understand the importance of following Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.

I understand the value of a well-functioning community and I am committed to working collaboratively with all editors to create and maintain high-quality articles. I understand that my account may need to be temporarily blocked to protect the integrity of Wikipedia, but I hope to be given the opportunity to demonstrate my commitment to following Wikipedia's policies and guidelines moving forward.

Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to Wikipedia in a positive and constructive manner.

Sincerely, 15:21, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Isparki

Isparki, isn't Israrkhan.124 your account? What about Axan.bannuwaal? And please learn to WP:SIGN your posts properly.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:14, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Bbb23, yes Israrkhan.124 belongs to me but I had forgot it's password a long time ago and can't recover it but I don't know about Axan.bannuwaal. Isparki (talk) 17:34, 2 February 2023 (UTC)IsparkiReply

Request reason:

It was not intentional Isparki (talk) 19:33, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Dear Wikipedia Administrators,

I am writing this unblock request in regards to my account that was recently blocked due to allegations of violating WP:COI and WP:PROMO policies. I deeply apologize for any actions that may have led to my account being blocked and would like to assure you that my intention was never to violate Wikipedia's policies.

I understand that my account was blocked due to my association with Frontier Children's Academy and my alleged promotion of the organization on Wikipedia. However, I would like to clarify that my edits were never intended to be biased or promote the organization in a manner that would violate Wikipedia's policies.

I am fully committed to adhering to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and I would like to request the opportunity to demonstrate my commitment by having my account unblocked. I understand the importance of maintaining Wikipedia's neutral point of view and would like to assure you that I will be diligent in ensuring that my future edits are in line with Wikipedia's policies.

I appreciate your time and consideration in this matter, and I hope that my request for unblock will be approved. Thank you for your understanding. Isparki (talk) 19:32, 2 February 2023 (UTC)IsparkiReply

Decline reason:

You don't say what topics you will edit about instead of your school, now that you know you won't be permitted to do that, at least in the short term. I'm also concerned that you say your edits weren't intended to promote but you wrote text like "Today, Frontier Children's Academy has grown into a thriving educational community, boasting a student population of over 4,300. This remarkable growth and success are a testament to the unwavering commitment and leadership of its founder, faculty, and staff to provide quality education". If you don't see how that is promotional, you shouldn't be editing Wikipedia until you do. 331dot (talk) 21:50, 2 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Apologies Isparki (talk) 06:20, 3 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Sir, I am writing to request an unblock of my account on your platform. I understand that my actions may have been in violation of the terms of service or community guidelines, and for that, I deeply apologize.

As a new member of this platform, I was unaware of certain rules and regulations and made a mistake. However, I have taken the time to educate myself and familiarize myself with the guidelines and policies, and I assure you that such a violation will not occur in the future.

Blocking users and restricting access can often discourage them from contributing to the platform, and I believe it would be more beneficial for both the platform and the community if users were provided with guidance and encouragement instead of punishment. By allowing me to continue using the platform, I can contribute to the community and learn from my mistakes, while also promoting a culture of growth and development.

I understand the importance of upholding the policies and guidelines, and I am committed to following them in the future. I kindly request that you consider lifting the block on my account and giving me another chance to participate in the community.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Isparki (talk) 06:20, 3 February 2023 (UTC)IsparkiReply

Closing as stale. You may make another request. 331dot (talk) 09:25, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

I've put your entire statement within the request. Also note that blocks are not a punishment, but a means to prevent disruption to Wikipedia, such as that caused by your promotional editing. 331dot (talk) 09:34, 3 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

You still don't say what topics you will edit about; the next person to review your request will want to know that. 331dot (talk) 09:37, 3 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for taking the time to review my request for unblock. I apologize for my previous oversight and I appreciate your suggestion to specify the topics I will edit about.

I am interested in editing articles related to Pashtun history, Pakistani and Afghanistan history, and geographical information of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with a focus on southern Pakhtunkhwa. I have a strong passion for this subject matter and I am eager to contribute my knowledge and research to Wikipedia.

I assure you that I have taken the time to educate myself on the policies and guidelines of Wikipedia, and I am committed to following them in the future. I understand that blocks are not a punishment, but a means to prevent disruption to the platform.

I hope that my interest in these specific subjects and my commitment to following the guidelines will be enough to show my intention to contribute positively to the platform. I kindly request that you consider lifting the block on my account and giving me the opportunity to contribute to the community. Thanks Isparki (talk) 09:54, 3 February 2023 (UTC)Isparki {{unblock|reason=I have gained enough knowledge about wikipedia rules. ~~~~}}. Isparki (talk)IsparkiReply
