April 2020 edit

Hi InvestInSuccess! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Success (concept) that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. -- Toddy1 (talk) 13:53, 27 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi InvestInSuccess! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Political spectrum that may not have been.   Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Political spectrum, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you.-- Toddy1 (talk) 13:53, 27 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation pages edit

Please note that disambiguation pages like Success Story and Overnight Success are meant to help readers find a specific existing article quickly and easily. For that reason, they have guidelines that are different from articles. From the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts you should:

  • Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
  • Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
  • Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry that mentions the title being disambiguated
  • Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
  • Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
  • Do not insert external links or references - Wikipedia is not a business directory or dictionary

Thank you. Leschnei (talk) 19:07, 1 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:59, 19 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Edits to List of private military contractors edit

Hello. Your additions to List of private military contractors has been reverted again. Since Wikipedia is not a business listing directory, entries without Wikipedia articles are removed from the list. As the article is a list of notable companies, please write the article first for a company with references that establish that company's notability for inclusion per WP:CORP. • Gene93k (talk) 22:49, 5 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hydroelectric power in Cameroon moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Hydroelectric power in Cameroon, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. December 2023 edit

Hello, I'm Dexxor. An edit that you recently made seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or another application using such technology). Text produced by these applications can be unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and output must be carefully checked. I have reverted your edit. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Dexxor (talk) 09:28, 31 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
