Speedy deletion of Monty Python's Holy Grail Ale

A tag has been placed on Monty Python's Holy Grail Ale requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding hangon to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. — Yavoh 22:28, 16 September 2008 (UTC)

Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 21:01, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

How do you upload Pictures???

Hey its me (ciscokid21) (talk) and I was just wondering how you would do this. —Preceding undated comment was added at 20:55, 22 October 2008 (UTC).

On the right side, there is a column of options. In a subsection called "toolbox" (below the interaction section), there are a few choices. The second to last choice, the "Upload file" does the trick from there! Cheers. ImperatorExercitus (talk) 20:59, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

Virginia Tech massacre

Hi there. When you come across an article that has had several vandalism edits made one after the other, you don't have to "rebuild" it—simply go to the article history and revert to the latest clean revision. Best, Fvasconcellos (t·c) 20:53, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but I really don't think you've been around here long enough to get rollback rights. While rollback would certainly have helped with this particular case of vandalism, it wasn't necessary. You didn't have to "copy+paste each section and then remove the spaces, dashes, etc..." (and, well, you shouldn't have :)—all you had to do was go to the history and manually revert to the last clean edit, by clicking on the revision number, clicking on "edit this page", and saving with a simple edit summary ("rv vandalism" or something like that). Although not as fast as rollback, that would have been much faster, and more appropriate, than trying to rebuild the article using copy-and-paste! You may also want to try popups if your system can handle them; they're very useful, and not just for reverting vandalism. Best, Fvasconcellos (t·c) 21:04, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

why did you undo my edit? --Buon professore (talk) 03:21, 21 October 2008 (UTC)

No matter, I found it...I reverted your edit because you removed quite a bit of information that I deemed was fit to be on that page. ImperatorExercitus (talk) 03:25, 21 October 2008 (UTC)

I answered: As i said above, there is not a citation in this section. I can find no evidence anywhere of this supposedly "famous example of exit poll error." Everything else in the section is not only uncited, but false, and the kind of cant that's been used to ignore wide disparities that indicate fraud and ought to motivate investigations. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Buon professore (talkcontribs) 03:41, 21 October 2008 (UTC)

One time I heard that a teacher edited a page so their students would not use Wikipedia. he did this so they would recieve false data so they would be down-graded for unrelible info (I don't think Wiki is an unreliable source with people watching 24-7 and making sure there is no false data) I thank you for caring about Wiki! Cheers! ;-)

sorry, i could not seem to find the "toolbox" that you speak of...

--Ciscokid21 (talk) 18:59, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

Alright, go to the very left of the internet provider (ex. Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc). Then, in the middle, there's a box called "search", where you type in where you want to look for. Below the "Go" button, there's an "interaction" box, with "About Wikipedia", Community Portal, and such. Below that box is the "toolbox". :) If you still can't find it, just use Firefox and Ctrl-F (find) and type "Upload File". That's it! 'Imperat§ r(Talk)' 19:26, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

War of Northern Aggression

Hiya. I'm not going to revert you on this article, as we're both rollbackers, and there's no point in it. But the current version is clear nonsensical vandalism, and the article should redirect to Naming the American Civil War, as it did before. I haven't spoke with him, but I think that PurpleWyrm didn't mean to call Smackbot's edit vandalism, but rather Delcirniak's edit. Again, if you read the article yourself and look at the diffs, you will probably agree it's not suitable, and reads rather like something from Uncyclopedia. Anyway, I'll give you a while to revert yourself or respond here or whatever. Thanks, Dreaded Walrus t c 01:44, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Agreed. I'm undoing my own edit right now. As I have read the contents of the (former) article, I must admit, whilst not vandalism, are still just as trashy. Thanks for the heads-up! Cheers. 'Imperat§ r(Talk)' 01:47, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Article Problem

I was wondering if you could help me. An overzealous friend of mine tried to write an Article about me for Wikipedia. I didn't meet the criteria, no problem. But now when some one google searches my name, this comes up -

Which is very embarrassing for me when potential clients Google search me.

Is it possible to erase my Name and Title from Wikipedia? Or is there any way to have these messages erased and "No File" or somethig come up instead?

Or do the Bots erase these Deleted articles? Please let me know, I would really like to resolve this. Is there anything I can do? I have been very stressed about this. How sucessful are the Web-bots at getting rid of Deleted Articles so they don't show up in searches? I think I have seen Deleted Articles on the Web that are a year or two old but I'm not sure. Feminism

In the past few days, I have entered a single sentence elaborating further on the sub-topic, "Anti-feminism", which appears at the very bottom on the whole feature article on feminism. Someone keepsdeleting this sentence. I could not find the case under logged 'deletions', and am not sure why it's being deleted. I looked closer at the requirements for acceptable inclusions and the issue, particularly, of non-bias, though obviously, we all hold views on such issues. In consequence I have now re-written the entry, but would simply like your advice as to the acceptability of the entry in its new format. The following constitutes the new proposal for inclusion:

"Anti-feminist author, Denis Towers, argued that although both, anti-feminist literature and public debate against feminism, whether with respect to questioning the validity of the argument that feminism has comprehensively benefited women or whether with respect to other perceived familial and economic concerns believed caused by misunderstandings within feminism, have often been well-articulated, poignantly presented, statistically supported and comprehensively treated, at times, such literature and public debate have, nevertheless, been comprehensively and unfairly suppressed by various powers-that-be within society over the decades that have ensued since second-wave feminism established itself, early in the 1970's – to the point of publicly appearing as, simply, non-existent. He argued that this has been a deliberate ploy by such interests to allow feminism unrealistic and unimpeded political dominance and that the suppression of the contrary case and lack of its representation in public media and place has constituted dishonest behaviour not in the public interest – that such tactics effectually constituted bullying and an abuse of the right of freedom of speech. He argued that this has been carried out almost unanimously by commercial media and other perceived influential and unfair feminist interests since the early 1970’s."

Than you very much for your kind assistance.

Hope you don't mind if I jump in here, as I'm one of the editors who's removed that paragraph in its earlier form. You see, although you had a citation at the end of the paragraph, it is not in fact true unless you attribute it to a specific author, i.e. "Denis Towers says that antifeminism is suppressed" (true) vs. "Antifeminism is suppressed" (not true). It's no kind of personal vendetta, only that this is supposed to be a source of information.

I also suggest revising the paragraph so that it is readable. Roscelese (talk) 07:11, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

User:Beano/done

Imperator and Roscelese,

Thank you both for your help with making some useful, worthwhile edits to this topic - especially as it relates to 'anti-feminism'. I understand that perfect neutrality is not easy. I will adhere to use of sources, though in essence, one of those would be myself and my own experience of about 22 years on this topic. So I found it very interesting that Denis Towers' book, "Australia Imploded!", also quite strongly addressed the issue of suppression - which has been quite some problem for those without 'names', here in Australia for some decades. Certainly, it was bad in the 1970's and 1980's. Also, let me apologize to you for my delay in being able to respond to you; I have been in hospital undertaking operative procedures. Again, thank you both for your help.

You're right. I hope that you can understand that I wanted to let the person frustrating me know how much annoyance his or her actions has caused me. Since he or she does not have a personal email posted at his or her page, I opted to risk violating the civility protocols. I am going to avoid the situation/editor altogether from now on (and those like it). Perhaps the best approach to deal with these kinds of disputes is to give the other editor the same consideration you would to a psychiatric patient. E.g. always assume that the "silly editor" may having a deeply distorted perception of reality and that this is not his or her fault and that I should not take it personally since none of it is intentional on the other editor's part. Thanks for the message - I honestly did need it. Cheers to you too. XJeanLuc (talk) 17:43, 21 November 2008 (UTC)

I marked it AGF good for all but the termite-mound hook, as that graf is uncited. Sorry about your signature problems at T:TDYK. The template DYKsug, right now at least, is only built to handle names written in non-markup format (ie, "ImperatorExercitus" rather than "User:ImperatorExercitus"); it then adds the markup itself. WP:GAC noms and reviews

Hello, I saw that you've begun contributing to WP:GAC lately, both reviewing (Fences and Windows) and nominating (Agatha Christie and And Then There Were None) articles. Might I give you some advice? Since you are a relatively new user, you may want to take things a bit slower. Many people find it better to gain more article-writing experience before rushing into the process of nominating and reviewing. That way, you will be able to better differentiate between a B-class and a GA, and help other users do the same. Both of the Christie-related articles that you nominated are unfortunately in poor state, sorely lacking in references and topical information; were I reviewing either of them, I would certainly fail them. I'm also concerned about your reviewing comments at Fences and Windows; are you sure you have a grasp of the Good Article criteria? For example, external links are just that: links not used as references, and they should remain separated. I'm also not sure what you mean by "be more specific"; all of the citations contain the necessary publication info. What I'm saying is that while your intentions are good -- and GAC can always use more help, especially in reviewing -- you may not be experienced enough at this point in time to accomplish all that you're intending. Take it slow, do one thing at a time, and maybe even just sit back and watch others, and how they work, for a while. If you need help, or have specific questions, I would be glad to help. Sorry this is so lengthy, but I'm only trying to help. :) María (habla conmigo) 04:06, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

User:Beano/done Cheers. Imperat§ r(Talk) 14:09, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
You're welcome, and I'm glad you're taking my advice in the spirit it was given. :) Really, I would suggest again that you just slow down the process. If you want Christie's article to survive its next GA nomination, you should work diligently on making sure it adheres to the GA criteria. The main issue I see with that particular article is its lack of reliable, scholarly sources and citations. There are a few meaty Christie biographies out there to pull from, so research should be your first step. Of course, a majority of the article appears to be lists of her works, rather than her biography; I would expand the latter and perhaps move most of the former to their own article. List of works by Agatha Christie already exists, so all that's needed is a link in the right direction. As for the novel article, that is heading in the right direction, but it needs to include less in-universe information and more details about its critical reception and legacy. Again, more reliable, scholarly sources are needed. I suggest withdrawing this nomination for now, in order to give you time to work so you won't feel rushed during the reviewing process. Would it be easier for you to work on one article at a time, perhaps? María (habla conmigo) 15:31, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

Imperator, if Calton or anybody else suggests that a user has created spam pages, I think it's best for administrators to decide what to do, as they can see deleted edits. All of his reports are valid. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. Cheers, –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 17:25, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
Well...if you insist. However, at least one of the reported's "spam userpage" contained nothing other than where he could be found-hardly a spam link. Cheers. Imperat§ r(Talk) 20:28, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
You don't need to be an administrator to read what it says on this page ("Notice: You are re-creating a page that was deleted" or "13:57, March 12, 2009 BanyanTree (talk · contribs) deleted "User:Policelinelockdown" ‎ (G11: Blatant advertising)"), so that particular excuse doesn't fly. As for "In fact, it's acceptable under WP:USERPAGE," I should point out 1) that you missed this section, particularly items 1, 3, 6, 7, 8 and/or 11; 2) this policy; and 3) that page has, in fact, been deleted ("13:57, March 12, 2009 BanyanTree (talk · contribs) deleted "User:PotentialExperience" ‎ (G11: Blatant advertising)"), so an admin has obviously disgreed with your counterfactual interpretation.
Let me be blunt: until you know what you're doing, you should stop doing it, and you most certainly should stop giving advice based on your misunderstandings. --Calton | Talk 01:21, 13 March 2009 (UTC)

(unindent)OK; I did ask an admin - scroll up to the adminhelp on my page - but they pointed me to ANI. Hey ho. Trouble with another editor

Imperator, I am having extraordinary difficulty with a particular editor on here. I spent many, many hours and weeks trying to satisfy his whims. He keeps covering up his real - what I would see as, 'selfish motives' - by throwing official editing terms at me in attempt to devalue my contribution, or to have the proper positioning of the article relgated. I am a professional physical educator; he is trying to argue with me over the history and import to Australian culture, etc. of one or two particular sports. His fields are in discography; he has really just come to be a total nuisance to the whole sports arena - even totally dismissing the 'handball disambiguation' article, which was quite useful as well. He just virtually vandalized the work of many young people before him. So I just had to straighten out the real article on "Australian Handball", but now he is trying to remove the whole title and article altogether. I would be very grateful if you could come to this, as he is really quite a vigorous editor on many articles. I appreciate his requirement for sourcing: achieving that took me weeks. Now just to get his way, he is trying to remove it altogether. Thank you Imperator(Denidowi (talk) 15:22, 10 April 2009 (UTC))

Thanks greatly for your response on this "war", as it has now been termed. Imperator, the links are basically, as follows: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_variant_of_four_square

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_handball

and their linked "Discussion" tabs. It might also be worth your perusal of the article: "Handball" -disambiguation. Very much appreciated, Imperator. Thanks.(Denidowi (talk) 03:45, 11 April 2009 (UTC))

Let's try the following address, as this guy really does just rip up articles and delete things faster than Moby Dick! Try this address as soon as you are able - before he changes something else! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Australian_variant_of_four_square#Edit_warring.2C_personal_attacks.2C_vandalism.2C_conflict_of_interests

Good luck with it, Imperator - Deni(Denidowi (talk) 13:28, 11 April 2009 (UTC))

Imperator, do you understand what the debate is all about?? I know it's a lot of reading, but you probably shoud read from the beginning on this article. We are not just talking about 'Australian four square variant'. He has really ripped the entire original article on "Australian Handball" out of existence. You would need to check out what has happened and his various "Zorro" moves with these articles. Annyong and myself believe there is precedent for a proper "Australian Handball" article [not the four square variant - that is his article], as Gaelic and American versions exist. At present, he has put "Australian Handball" within the American handball article! I mean it's nitwit. The Aussie game was over 30 years Before the American game in existence; so if one was to place one inside the other, it would certainly be the American inside the Aussie, not the other way around - but the whole move to do so is Stupid! Each has its own assiciate, and has for many generations; and each has built its own very different cultures around the own handball games. None should be a subset of the other. I think we are all agreed now that the Aussie variant re four square should not be an article of its own. Originally, he wanted his 5 sentence item on four square to satand as the 'Australian Handball' article, simply because he had found some references to place those few sentences. So I took much time etc to go and get references about the real Australian Handball game. Now he wants to do away with the article's independent existence altogether.(Denidowi (talk) 14:13, 11 April 2009 (UTC))

User Name Explanation

I am new here but received a message from you regarding my user name. I am hoping this is the place to discuss this and hopefully resolve your issue you have with my user name. You said you wanted an explanation of it: The user name Idiotstick2 was created because the name "Idiotstick" was taken already. The explanation of this name is not vulgar which you may think. The name came from my grandmother years ago when I was a child. If I (or the other siblings) didn't follow the rules or just did something really dumb, Grandma told us to go get the "idiotstick". It was basically her "switch" that we would get off the tree when we were bad and she was use it instead of a spanking as discipline. As a child we would think the smallest branches meant it would sting a lot less, only to find out years later that the smallest ones were actually worse! It was a tradition that was handed down in our family from generation to generation, but I am proud to say that I as an adult and parent have put a stop to that tradition. But I chose the user name because out of all of us, I, as the oldest, was the one who got it the most. As of today, long after my grandmother has passed, I still believe the idiotstick was an effective discipline tool for ME. Helping me realize that there are rules and consequences in life and when those aren't followed, there was always a price to pay, and that the sting of the idiotstick was nothing compared to the real life consequences I could face as an adult.

Anyway, I hope you find this explanation of my user name sufficient. It is in no way meant to offend. My purpose here is to add to the ever growing wikipedia database - I have a lot to contribute and think my information and facts I can provide here would be a great asset to the database. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Idiotstick2 (talkcontribs) 20:06, 11 April 2009 (UTC)

Spiderman and Phantom??

Imperator, thanks for some sort of help there on the Australian Handball issue. I was still of the mind that you were not aware that we were actually discussing the placement of 2 different sports altogether. But No mind: I think he has come to realize that propriety of the Australian article. So, hopefully, that's settled.

Imperator, having somewhat of an interest in comics myself {I still purchase Phantom comics once in a while], I was wondering if you like Phantom and Spiderman - my favs?? What sort of comics do you feature articles on and do you edit any comic articles?? Years ago, 60's, I used to like 'Panther', The Hulk, Thor - the Thunder god, the Green Lantern and even Batman! But you don't see so many of those comics here now. Fortunately, two of my very favs remain here. Of the humorous comics [not as much my type, but liked some], I liked Donal and Scrooge McDuck. I also didn't mind the Casper lot. Little Lotta was often a bit of fun also. But my favs were the 'heroes'. Have you ever invented a comic?(Denidowi (talk) 01:05, 13 April 2009 (UTC))

According to WP:SK, I can actually withdraw the nomination ("No one other than the nominator recommends that the page be deleted, and the nominator either withdraws the nomination, or wishes the page to be moved, merged, or have something else done to it other than deletion.") Should the user who voted delete want to continue the discussion, he would have to Open a new AFD Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/1997 Arizona State Sun Devils football team (2nd nomination) Cheers. I'mperator 13:51, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
Only if nobody else agreed with the deletion. Take a look. User:Townlake said the article should be deleted. You'll need to put it back up for the full seven days. SilkTork *YES! 17:26, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
SilkTork is right about the process, but for whatever it's worth, I've withdrawn my delete statement and changed to keep. Townlake (talk) 14:31, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

Hi, just another process-related comment: when you close AfDs please make sure to follow all the steps at WP:DELPRO#AFD (otherwise bad things happen like the AfD tag remaining on the article). I've already taken care of it here, but just something to keep in mind for the future. Thanks! BryanG (talk) 06:31, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

Your RfA

Hi IE, I wanted to come here to elaborate on my !vote on your RfA... I suggest you keep an eye on it because I doubt it will pass. It probably will not be closed early per WP:NOTNOW as you are an established editor, so you might want to monitor it if it starts to turn bad. Of course, I might be way off and you might fly through too...

But that is not why I came here. You are using G1 way too often and almost always incorrectly. G1 reads: Pages consisting purely of incoherent text or gibberish with no meaningful content or history. This does not include poor writing, partisan screeds, obscene remarks, vandalism, fictional material, material not in English, poorly translated material, implausible theories, or hoaxes; some of these, however, may be deleted as vandalism in blatant cases. Basically, it means that if you can make heads or tails of it, even if it is garbage, then it isn't G1 (possibly G3, but not G1.) Pages that are blank, contain only a few letters, or a single sentence such as "Taste better than thought" are not G1 candidates. Those pages are possibly A1/A3 candidates. Pages that are written in a foreign language, such as French, are not G1 candidates. Those are some examples of errors (all of which I found in your recent history).

I do wish you the best and appreciate your work and willingness to help out here at WP, but I do think you are going to need to wait a little bit before becoming an admin.---I'm Spartacus! NO! I'm Spartacus! 15:05, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

Hi, I didn't vote in the RfA but I did read it. You do realise how annoying putting 'cheers' at the end of everything you write is, don't you? Nick mallory (talk) 14:35, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

it's less annoying than some sigs---I'm Spartacus! NO! I'm Spartacus! 15:03, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
Sorry if it bothers you, but it's a simple force of habit. I usually use it in discussions, especially heated ones, to almost "cool down" both myself and the other party. Besides, it often conjures up a good feeling. I'mperator 16:36, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

An exam for CSDs huh? Best I can do is this. Give them a go, ie explain how you'd handle each and why. Cheers. Nja247 07:48, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

If you are looking for places to learn/improve your CSD, here are two others: 3 and 4 although the later isn't really an 'exam' it was a survey that I did. It won't keep track of your answers, so you need to do that yourself then review the reationales separately. As for your RfA, sorry it didn't go the way you had hoped. My opposition was not personal, CSD is just the one area where I think admins can do the most damage and do it undetected, thus I want to see it done properly. As for the DYK, I wish you had told Neuro that you meant to say .3, not 3. It might have changed the impact. I had assumed it was a mistake until you came back and defended the 3KB stance. Again, when dealing with people, it is my firm belief that you don't take actions that can be seen as tit-for-tat. I've gone to ANI to report clear cases where a party needed to be blocked because I felt that if I did so, it might appear to be tit-for-tat. If it there is even a chance that your actions might be misconstrued because of past interactions, it is best to let somebody else handle it.---I'm Spartacus! NO! I'm Spartacus! 14:00, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
LOL...when I defed my actions, I though I was defending the .3 KB bit XD :P Cheers. I'mperator 00:08, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

AfD closing

With regard to this closing, [6], I would like to note that none of this sub-article content is currently included into parent article, Russian apartment bombings - you can easily check this yourself. I can not merge the content (as your decision seems to imply) because parent article is currently protected. Would you agree to merge content there? Thanks.Biophys (talk) 14:49, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

Sorry for asking. I did not realize that you are not an administrator. So, you can not help here, even if you wish. I asked an advice from User:DGG.Biophys (talk) 15:11, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
 • ImperatorExercitus, I am also concerned with your "resolving the charade" in the AfD discussion while the main article remains protected. Does this mean that any POVs opposing the official theory will remain in limbo? --ilgiz (talk) 15:52, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
 • My opinion was asked, and it is that your closure was not really a good idea for multiple reasons, including the sensitiveness of the topic. Please see WP:NAC The simplest way to handle it is for you to revert your closure and the one for List of deaths related ... and all related edits, and let someone else close, or perhaps decide to relist. I can do this all myself, but I want to give you the chance instead. DGG (talk) 17:55, 27 April 2009 (UTC).

Toyetic

I noticed your close of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Toyetic. The reason I nominated it for deletion instead of just redirecting it is because, according to Wikipedia:Redirect (section WP:PLA), the target article or section should at least mention the redirected word. That's not the case here, and I think it would be awkward to try to fit it in. Powers T 15:36, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

please revert this one also. AfDs continue for 7 days, not 3. DGG (talk) 17:57, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

Rollback Permissions

I noticed that you commented earlier on the discussion about my recent edits. Sorry that I was unable to participate but I was offline. I realize where you are coming from but I would like to say that the main reason that I rolled back those edits was the fact that they looked suspicious and did not include any kind of source at which I could check the veracity of their statements. Over this however someone has removed my rollback rights and with all due respect intended, I believe that it is a bit of a over reaction. The edits that I reverted had no support whatsoever and looked like they most certainly could be vandalism. These kinds of edits are usually hard to distinguish from actual vandalism. I would very much appreciate if you could look over his reasoning for withdrawing my rights and come to a decision over whether or not it was a fair ruling. I will understand if you agree with their decision and I will let the subject rest in your court. Thank you for any help you can provide! Gaelen S. 02:01, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

Meh...I dunno. My last RFA was a pretty bad crash-n-burn, so I'm not exactly sure about the gauntlet. However, the lack of tools really are starting to bug me (I can't check any of the deleted contribs at UAA, so I can't really do the User-reported ones without having to ask another admin), et cetera.
