Welcome edit

Welcome! I have a few requests that I hope you'll respect while posting here:

  1. Be civil. If you don't agree with an action I made, please be calm and polite. We'll straighten things out a lot quicker that way.
  2. Sign your posts with four tildes: ~~~~
  3. Start new discussions at the bottom.
  4. Start new discussions with a level three heading.
  5. I generally like to keep discussions together. If you post here, I'll reply here and leave you a message informing you of my reply. If I leave you a message on your talk page, I'll keep watching it, but if you want to make sure I notice it quickly, please feel free to tag me by typing {{re|helenabella}} before your main message.

I'm not a super-active Wikipedian, but I do like to learn and to contribute where I can - if you would like to pass on any tips to improve my contributions, please do leave me a message!

Having seen your post on Yunshui's talk with a link to your Flikr account , I thought I'd take a look. I was utterly amazed at the excellent, high quality pictures you have. Not only that but you have made them all licence friendly so we can all benefit from them on WP. On behalf of everyone, thank you! CassiantoTalk 08:34, 15 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Tony Curtis edit

Tyvm for reverting my Tony Curtis edits and teaching me that both spellings were appropriate :) 92.10.13.209 (talk) 02:29, 1 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

No problem! I found a couple of dictionaries that do give 'synagog' as a known variation, but all the ones I could access gave the longer spelling as the preferred one.  Helenabella (Talk)  02:39, 1 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
