The reference that you added in this edit does not even mention the Mahtos as a community - it only mentions a single person "Tapsi Mahto". Page 90 only talks about Kurmis. And the rest of your content is blatant, unsourced POV ("high ethics", "saving common men" etc.), not to mention psedo-history ("Mauryan Empire and democratic Shakya Kingdoms"). Please take some time to go through Wikipedia training before making further edits.
