Indic scripts

D-Boy, you left a comment in WP:PAIN regarding my removing devnagri scripts from Pakistan and Sumer articles. I see no connection between Sanskrit and Indus valley civ. Can you please cite me some sources which say that Sanskrit was either spoken during the IVC days or indicating some connection between the two? hindu mythology

Indian template

The Pakistani flag features green, symbolizing Islam, and it also features the crescent, which is found on the flags of many Islamic nations and it also has the five-pointed star symbolizing the pillars of Islam. I have no idea where Islam was when the Indus Valley Civilization was thriving but if India isn't allowed to use it's flag it seems unfair for Pakistan to do so. Hi again, I guess in my argument I placed Adi Shankara's concept of Vairagya (dispassion from material world) in front of dharma! I think many people misunderstood my proposal and I'm the one to blame. My proposal would be better served at the Village Pump. I agree with you that if the Hindu images go, all on templates should go. It was more of pro-Wikipedia argument than an anti-Swastik argument because I believe it is an unnecessary strain on Wikimedia servers. A few guys understood it like BostonMA but overall I didn't explain it clearly enough.

While Krishna does say you should continue your dharma, the Bhagavad Gita mentions that one should stick to their karma (actions) but lose the phal ("fruitfulness"/sensual (Indriya) enjoyment). And another thing, you may have seen my message on Unre's, Nadir's and Arjun's talk pages that I'm going to stay clear of anything controversial for the next 9 months. The stress it causes is not good for my final and most important year of high school (well, thats how it works in Aus.). Bhadani gave me inspiration by rejecting any controversial stuff on his talk page (after all he is in his fifties and dealing with these issues wouldn't be good for his mental health). The text presented is the following: Human Rights Watch also alleges religiously sanctioned "Devdasi" system as a form of persecution. Described as 'sexual slavery', Dalit women are forced into 'marriage' with a diety or a temple, forced to become prostitutes to upper-caste community memebers, and are later likely to be auctioned to urban brothels.[42].The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR)describes the Devdasi system, in one of its publications, as a form of "contemporary slavery", the abusive devadasi religious practices that violate children human rights, particularly those of dalit children,forcing them into sexual slavery and child marriages. If you have read the discussion instead of advising others to read it you would have found that I was more active about it than you. And, you also would have found out that there was nothing on it that says we can say goodbye to Bengali scripts, instead of saying goodbye to whatever your native script is. Well, if you don't have an explanation, there's no use use asking for one. Parting with a request, please, don't go so happy in derogating the scripts of the Bengali. They fought for the rights of their language, and you may check, that the Mother Language Day of Bangladesh is now accepted as the global Mother Language Day. An editor is continuously vandalising my Bio over dispute related to Talk:Anton Balasingham. The editor tried hard to delete my Bio from wikipedia. You can see the evidence here(1) and here(2)' The editor is taking an undue interest over my Bio and deleted over Citation. I have restored the information. I requested an Administrator to check my Bio whether Citations are enough. I also taken this matter for Request for Comment. Though I have off-line media archives(which are attached on Talk:Rajkumar Kanagasingam, I couldn't bring it to the articles. Now I am very much frustrated. Voice of India

You should jump into the mud more often. too much pseudo-aryan migration crap is going on wikipedia. Many are admins who are writing this and they threaten others. Some admins won't even do a thing to stop it. Noble eagle has left wikipedia. an afr has been filed on freedom skies. Thank you for your message. For all practical purpose, I have stopped doing any edit to wikipedia, and may be treated as having "left" for the time being as there is no meaning to talk with a section of editors who want to harm the long term interests of wikipedia. I have basically left too. It's not worth staying around. they took the swatika off our welcome template. I felt this was self censorship and ignorance. another 50 years of censorship for it. They took off the indian flag on wikiproject template because some paks were complaining it was nationalist. I felt extremely betrayed by dagizza and dab abuse his powers as an admin.--D-Boy 06:25, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

I do not have any comments to offer - I do not feel anything except that majority of the persons are not aware of so many things, and actions based on ignorance look highly funny and ludicrous. It is interesting :) and a good pastime to watch their action. In case, you want, just hang around like me, and watch the drama: many elements of national socialism may be marauding the length and breadth of wikipedia in innocent incarnations - who knows?
