Speedy deletion nomination of Ruth Abraha edit

Your talkpage formatting edit
Hello, when you add talkpage messages, can you please omit those glaring background colours? They are very distracting, hurt my eyes, and make pages very hard to read and edit in edit mode. But if you must use them, please note that there was a technical mistake in your code, because you were opening two tables (with {|) but closing only one of them, so that your colouring spilled over to all subsequent postings on a page (like here). User:Dr. Blofeld has created Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/Contests. The idea is to run a series of contests/editathons focusing on each region of Africa. He has spoken to Wikimedia about it and $1000-1500 is possible for prize money. After a successful first iteration of the “Months of African Cinema” last year, we are happy to announce that it will be happening again this year, starting from October 1! In the 2018 edition of the contest, about 600 Wikipedia articles were created in at least 8 languages. There were also contributions to Wikidata and Wikimedia commons, which brought the total number of wikimedia pages created during the contest to over 1,000.
