Message about unbiased estimator article

Hi, I saw that you were the author of a great article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unbiased_estimation_of_standard_deviation

However I am in urgent need of a reference for this formula: https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/7c03af4ff7000635c861b4e28f7cb99958148333

"where γ2 denotes the population excess kurtosis. The excess kurtosis may be either known beforehand for certain distributions, or estimated from the data."

If there is no reference, at least a way of deriving this.
