107.178.x.x And 45.33.x.x RANGES
- The 45.33.x.x range, at least, is a block of cloud servers. Could you perhaps be using a non-standard browser such as the Puffin mobile browser which routes all web traffic to its own servers? That's a pretty serious concern if you are using a web browser like that. Still, I'm a bit surprised you are unable to edit. Most of the IP addresses in the 45.33 range (e.g. 45.33.128.0/20) allow editing if you are signed in. Please be more specific with your IP address so we can investigate the specific block you are hitting. --Yamla (talk) 00:12, 3 November 2016 (UTC)

Thank you for your report at Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator attention (UAA). However, your report was removed as UAA is for username policy infringements that are serious enough to warrant an immediate block. General name policy violations should first be discussed with the user on their talk page. A helpful template to do just that is {{subst:Uw-username}}. Note that a request for comment can be filed if the user disagrees that their name is against the username policy, or has continued to edit after you have expressed your concern. You may find the UAA instructions helpful, and I'd recommend reading them over prior to making future reports to UAA. Also, I'd like to ask that you refrain from reporting established users and re-reporting usernames after they have been declined by an administrator as this is viewed as disruptive. Thank you. - By refile, I meant refile the talk page at MfD, not the AfD itself. I suggest you withdraw it; we don't delete AfD's unless it's blatant vandalism or was filed by a banned user (the AfD doesn't fall under either category).

Users are allowed to blank their own user pages
