By the way having a serious infection such as a ruptured appendix can cause ongoing problems. Encluding weakened tendons. Ruptured tendons are however know to occur more frequently in those with severe infections.--Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 01:21, 20 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Re: your talk page, obviously if you have been seeking research, you know that David has a collection of numerous articles on his website http://www.fqresearch.org, not that it is of any consolation. Can't say the 'research' helps because, no cures have been found for people with 'severe reactions' that have become permanent and there are few if any who are interested in studying these adverse reactions to begin with. At least in your husband's case and the case of one of my friends, physicians saw a direct correlation between the use of the quinolone and the disability.
