Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Janet (album) has been reverted.
Your edit here to Janet (album) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links in references which are discouraged per our reliable sources guideline. The reference(s) you added or changed (http://www.dazeddigital.com/music/article/16704/1/dazed93-jimmy-jam-on-janet) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.

Janet Jackson discography

edit

Please refrain from using those inflated sales figures at Janet Jackson discography. The topic about Janet Jackson's sales figures has been discussed number of times in the past. Currently, there is a consensus among the editors to avoid using those sales figures.--Harout72 (talk) 23:50, 21 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

What are sources for those "inflated sales figures"? I don't see any.

If you're willing to reply to my message, don't delete my original post. There are several discussions at Talk:Janet Jackson discography about those inflated sales figures.--Harout72 (talk) 23:59, 21 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm SummerPhDv2.0. I noticed that you made a change to an article, True Blue (Madonna album), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Kellymoat (talk) 18:44, 22 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Kellymoat (talk) 18:55, 22 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

I tried that, but someone is trolling. We don't need consensus, we need sources. Please make them posting data with valid sources- They are erasing sources and put false figures intentionally. You should ban that person, whoever is that. The truth must prevail.

BojanJJ (talk) 20:58, 22 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

This issue has been discussed on the talk pages, and a consensus was reached. You are in the wrong. Kellymoat (talk) 19:01, 22 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

No, I am not in the wrong. I have reliable sources, they have only their unprofessional opinion. The truth must prevail and I won't give up even if that means making 10,000 Janet fans editing this page.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you removed some content from Janet Jackson discography without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Because they didn't provide reliable sources, like me. They are posting made-up numbers. Fairy-tales.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently making disruptive edits. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 19:47, 22 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

No problem. Other Janet fans will jump in. The truth will prevail. We need sources, not someone's guesswork. BojanJJ (talk) 21:49, 22 May 2017 (CET)

Sockpuppet investigation

edit

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/BojanJJ, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
