Request reason:

This is a follow-up to the unblock request posted on the user talk page of my main account. The administrator who reviewed the request said that this is actually considered my main account, so the request must be made here. I am asking for a second chance at editing Wikipedia. I understand why I was blocked, and moving forward, I sincerely pledge to make only constructive edits in accordance with Wikipedia policies. I take full responsibility for my actions. I know that I was blocked for making edits from multiple different accounts. In particular, I used “‘good hand’ and ‘bad hand’ accounts,” as described on the Sock puppetry page. I know this was unhelpful and disruptive to the genuine editing process, and it was dishonest on my part; I take full responsibility for my behavior. I will only edit from one account in the future. I would greatly appreciate it if there is an experienced editor who is willing to mentor me after I am unblocked. I will first revise and resubmit my draft article on JAMA Cardiology by including additional sources and expanding the lead section. I also intend to create an article for JAMA Network Open. Next, I want to revise the page for varicose veins. Afterward, I will focus my attention on other articles that need copyediting, particularly those on medical and scientific topics. Decline reason:

You should wait 6 months without creating other accounts, and then request a second chance if that is what you’re trying for now. TonyBallioni (talk) 04:40, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
