Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Athiyur, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Athiyur

Hi Athiyurbala. I didn't protect the Athiyur article. Cmr08 is helping you by correcting your English, so there's no reason for protection. If you write strange English, it is normal for other editors to correct what you wrote. In English, we don't put every word in capitals.

  • This is bad: "Very Soon, Kumbakonam become a District."
  • This is better: "Very soon, Kumbakonam will become a district."

Also, you need to have sources for the facts you put in articles. See this guide for how to add sources. And please ask me if you have any questions. All the best — Mr. Stradivarius ♪ talk ♪ 03:24, 26 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Athiyur, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Aduthurai (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).
