Hello, I'm Bruce1ee. Your recent edit(s) to the page Rocky Raccoon appear to have added incorrect information, so they have been removed for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. —Bruce1eetalk 22:42, 18 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi AnOrionPicturesRelease25! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Little Women (2019 film) that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. KyleJoantalk 04:49, 19 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Temporary Secretary. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Materialscientist (talk) 17:08, 19 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at What If...? (TV series), you may be blocked from editing.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Holey Moley, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Magitroopa (talk) 16:21, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Theatrical slug

edit

Your creation of an article entitled Theatrical slug has been submitted for immediate deletion. If you want to create a Wikipedia page you need to have actual information with citations. What you have submitted is more appropriately sent to a dictionary for a definition. I want to encourage you to continue to contribute to Wikipedia. Inappropriate Hatnotes

edit

Adding hatnotes such as [1] and [2] are not appropriate. Until you understand how disambiguation pages work, please stop adding hatnotes to articles. power~enwiki (π, ν) 23:05, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Wendy Goldstein moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Wendy Goldstein, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. ... discospinster talk 23:21, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you introduce jokes into articles, as you did at Louis Bell. If you do not stop adding disruptive hatnotes, I will ask that you be blocked. The bell is not named after Louis Bell, and there is no reason for a hatnote to point to bell on that page. power~enwiki (π, ν) 23:30, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Wendy Goldstein

edit

The article Wendy Goldstein has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. power~enwiki (π, ν) 23:53, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Horror Film (film)

edit

Please do not create hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at Horror Film (film). Doing so is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —C.Fred (talk) 23:47, 1 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your contributed article, The Richter Scale

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, The Richter Scale. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Richter Scale. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Richter Scale. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. PRAHLADbalaji (M•T•AC) This message was left at 23:46, 4 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Wendy Goldstein

edit

Hello, AnOrionPicturesRelease25. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Wendy Goldstein".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 04:33, 3 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
