Template:Series overview

This is funny, because I also use Liv and Maddie's series overview on huwiki when updating the look in other articles or adding one. nyuszika7h (talk) 18:50, 5 March 2016 (UTC)

Lab Rats: Elite Force

That website does not exist. It appears they have repurposed the Lab Rats website Archived 2014-01-15 at the Wayback Machine for it. Also, I liked the old color better, I feel the blue is too close to Lab Rats season 1, but we can change it to something else. Regarding Showbuzz Daily, this spelling is used by the page title and the copyright footer, despite the logo being stylized as "ShowBuzzDaily". nyuszika7h (talk) 21:42, 6 March 2016 (UTC)

Also, I feel like "the series is created by" sounds unnatural, I don't think WP:FICTENSE applies here – it was created at a point in the past, that doesn't necessarily mean new episodes are no longer being created, anyway. nyuszika7h (talk) 21:50, 6 March 2016 (UTC)
@Nyuszika7H: Good catch on the Showbuzz Daily. Looks like I need to fix it on other articles, too. As for the color, the hex code is actually the same. I personally don't see an issue with it being the same, but I was more basing it off the image on the article than the previous incarnation of Lab Rats. We need something that matches the logo, a dark blue, but also passes the compliant for each WCAG. Royal blue is both dark and different from Lab Rats, but doesn't meet one of the WCAGs. Sapphire works perfect, though. I'll change it to that. Amaury (talk) 21:53, 6 March 2016 (UTC)

You do know that William Brent (actor) redirects to Billy Unger. For all we know, the name he is credited as is an alias. --Rtkat3 (talk) 16:19, 10 March 2016 (UTC)

@Rtkat3: We must credit actors how they are credited in the credits. Amaury (talk) 17:06, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
So we're going to stick with the alias redirect. --Rtkat3 (talk) 17:29, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
@Rtkat3: See WP:NOTBROKEN. Redirects are not considered a "bad" thing. And "William Brent" is how he is credited on the show, so the wikilink needs to reflect that. Also, two episode appearances does not make someone "recurring" – it takes closer to half-a-dozen episodes: see Talk:Lab Rats: Elite Force. --IJBall (contribstalk) 21:39, 10 March 2016 (UTC)

That's actually a common misconception. WP:TVINTL states "This section ... should also address broadcasting in the country of origin", but many articles fail to follow that. So Coolanime3's edit on Lab Rats: Elite Force was correct. nyuszika7h (talk) 18:13, 17 March 2016 (UTC)

List of Girl Meets World episodes

I know single digits are usually spelled out, but we don't usually spell out season numbers ("season 1" rather than "season one", also how they are written in the headings). nyuszika7h (talk) 14:37, 9 March 2016 (UTC)

@Nyuszika7H: Headings are a different case, but in a normal, everyday sentence they should be spelled out. :) Amaury (talk) 14:56, 9 March 2016 (UTC)

List of Bella and the Bulldogs episodes

I can't seem to find this text added by the IP anywhere else, I also tried searching for portions of the text. Where did you see it? nyuszika7h (talk) 21:49, 19 March 2016 (UTC)

@Nyuszika7H: Usually I find them on Zap2it, but as the episode has yet to air, it's impossible that that would be an original summary. Also, while you're here, I have a similar question for you. Where did you find the viewers for recent episodes of Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything (in March)? I looked at the Showbuzz Daily pages, but didn't see it mentioned anywhere. Amaury (talk) 22:07, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
Check the archived versions, it was asked in the comments and Mitch Salem replied. Unfortunately, comments on old posts disappear after a while, so those need to be archived. nyuszika7h (talk) 22:09, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
(edit conflict) @Nyuszika7H: It's weird how viewings aren't available sometimes, at least in the normal way. Amaury (talk) 22:12, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
Yeah, it's strange, I'd think they only post the top 150 because that's all they get from Nielsen, but apparently they can get ratings for other shows too. Maybe only on request though? nyuszika7h (talk) 22:14, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
Also, about the summary, I just noticed that Zap2it has an episode summary and it's similar to that. The other one might be original though. nyuszika7h (talk) 22:18, 19 March 2016 (UTC)

User Rockdwane

Hi Amaury. Re: the gent you replied to on my talk page, I'm getting a socky vibe, which is why I was asking questions instead of answering his questions. If you enabled this valuable tool User:NuclearWarfare/Mark-blocked script.js (by adding the mw.loader.load line at User:Amaury/common.js), then take a look at the edit history of the vandalized page he was complaining about, things might become clearer. (It's a pretty good tool that marks blocked users with strikes through their user name, which is very valuable for spotting block patterns in edit histories.) Regards, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:23, 25 March 2016 (UTC)

@Cyphoidbomb: Thanks, I'll take a look at that. And thanks for reverting vandalism on my talk page. It's been a while since it's seen some action. :) Amaury (talk) 15:37, 25 March 2016 (UTC)

Protection icon

You can also add that icon (or message – it has an option to turn off iconifying like here, too) in Twinkle's RPP tab, just select "Tag page with protection template" instead of "Request page protection". ;) nyuszika7h (talk) 10:17, 29 March 2016 (UTC)
