Thanks for uploading this image to Wikipedia. There is however another Wikimedia foundation project called Wikimedia Commons, a central media repository for all free media. In the future, please consider creating an account and uploading media there instead. That way, all the other language Wikipedias can use them too, as well as our many sister projects. Downs syndrome images

There is a lot of history here....my son's image on this page has been regularly vandalised and abused, and oceans of electrons have been wasted already making suggestions for changes. It's a positive image, and the consensus has been to keep it. Please check the image history...I wouldnt want any other parent to be subjected to some of the abuse, let alone ask someone from Ghana to give permission for their childs image to be used unless they were fully appraised of the likely uses to which it would be put by ignorant people.
