Proposed deletion of Leila Boloukat

The article Leila Boloukat has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NACTOR

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. گجو

This article should have been nominated {{db-a10}} as a duplication of Gujo. {{db}} is not a standard way of requesting deletion on this wiki. You left your deletion notice on User talk:Shoaibgujjo unsigned. Your deletion notice on the author's talk page claims it's A3 (no content) which it clearly wasn't, and A7 (not notable) which isn't applicable to towns. This leaves me with the impression that you need to acquire much more experience of Wikipedia's policies and guidelines before attempting new page patrol again. Also, I've had a go at fixing your talk page's archiving which had been set up to archive to someone else's archive pages. Regards, Cabayi (talk) 06:38, 5 September 2016 (UTC)

Hello Cabayi, Thanks for correcting me. I've been trying to follow all the Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I will definitely do it before making any new page patrol again. Thanks once again. Alan Hardest (talk) 16:22, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for taking it in the spirit in which it was intended. Cabayi (talk) 16:45, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

Your contributed article, Raheja Productions

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Raheja Productions. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Raheja_Developers#Raheja_Production. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Raheja_Developers#Raheja_Production – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. HemantDasTalk to me 16:46, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

December 2016

  Hello, Alan Hardest. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Raheja Developers, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. —SpacemanSpiff 17:08, 8 December 2016 (UTC)

  Your addition to Raheja Productions has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

It is very obvious that you are the latest in a long line of accounts that are trying to promote Navin Raheja and his businesses, some of which have in the past admitted to being paid to do this. However, posting copyright violations of Raheja's own press releases etc is a new low - please stop. Sitush (talk) 06:43, 9 December 2016 (UTC)

Raheja Universal

Your efforts at Raheja Universal were blatantly promotional. You mentioned a 2010 IPO and landholdings in various cities but failed to mention that the IPO was abandoned due to poor reaction from the market and that the landholdings are being sold, despite relying on a source that said just that. Do not "big up" people, even if they might be paying you to do so. - Sitush (talk) 07:37, 9 December 2016 (UTC)

Raheja

Hi, see Talk:Raheja Productions. What was your relationship to the Raheja people at the time you created that article? - Sitush (talk) 15:24, 18 April 2017 (UTC)
And I second Sitush.Winged Blades Godric 16:41, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

Hello Sitush, I apologize for the delayed response, as I've been traveling. As I understand Wikipedia, I did not contribute anything disruptive on Wikipedia, I contribute everything on Wikipedia from a neutral point of view. User:HemantDas34 (who has been blocked as sockpuppet) nominated Raheja Productions article for speedy deletion under A10 that was created by me so I contested the deletion by putting, Raheja Developers and Raheja Productions is two different company, one is about real estate and another one is about film and television production. I don't have any relation to Rehaja people. I know I am contributing everything on Wikipedia from a neutral point of view. Alan Hardest (talk) 17:03, 26 April 2017 (UTC)
Ok, thanks. As you can see, it was not just me who was concerned: we've had a lot of problems with the Raheja people. Sorry if my question caused any offence or perturbation. - Sitush (talk) 17:37, 26 April 2017 (UTC)

Deletion discussion about Zainulabedin Hamdulay

Hello, Alan Hardest,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Zainulabedin Hamdulay should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zainulabedin Hamdulay .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Jafar Dehghan

Hi Alan. Sorry, but most of those links you added are not reliable sources. The WN Network link was a copyvio link, it was to a video of a TV show from a network that WN Network certainly doesn't own, it's a news aggregator. MyHeritage is user-sourced, as is IMDB and IMV.[1] I've removed them. The BFI is obviously reliable. Doug Weller talk 10:26, 10 July 2017 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:Sandeep Sinha.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Sandeep Sinha.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Train2104 (t • c) 02:46, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

Hi Train2104, thanks for reaching out to me. Frankly speaking, I am least aware of image uploading guidelines so I am not sure if I've done it correctly. I was trying to upload a copyrighted image for one of Wikipedia articles. Thanks for letting me know. I must abide by the rules. Thanks. Alan Hardest (talk) 18:28, 23 October 2017 (UTC)

Advertising and copyvios

It is obvious that you are editing here on behalf of clients and have even used flickrwashing to upload images. You were already warned about our COI policies and guidelines but you don't seem to care about it one bit. Failing any reasonable explanation from you, you will be blocked for ToS violation. —SpacemanSpiff 03:35, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

Hi SpacemanSpiff, thanks for putting your concern here. As I already explained before that I never contributed anything disruptive on Wikipedia and I only do it from a neutral point of view intending to support Wikipedia community and willing to learn new things. As I mentioned above that I was not completely aware of image uploading guidelines and was not sure if I was doing it correctly, that's why I ended up with this. However, I assure that I must follow the guidelines next time before I do anything like this. Alan Hardest (talk) 18:51, 23 October 2017 (UTC)
No, I warned you of COI guidelines before but you just deleted the message, now again you haven't answered the question. It is clear that you have no concern for our terms of service, so your editing privileges will be revoked. —SpacemanSpiff 18:57, 23 October 2017 (UTC)

I hereby declare that I have been paid for the articles that I created, but not for all. There are some non-paid articles too. I assure you that I will do the positive contribution in future. In case I do any paid editing, will declare it in advance. I request you kindly unblock me.

I totally agree with you but I was afraid of being blocked that is why I was hesitating to disclose my paid editing. Now that I have disclosed all the articles which I have been paid for. I would request you to kindly unblock me. Alan Hardest (talk) 18:47, 28 October 2017 (UTC)

This doesn't address your abuse of multiple accounts. Note, though, at this point it's hard to imagine any statement from you that we could trust enough to unblock. You've shown we can't take you at your work and we can't trust you here on Wikipedia. You are welcome to request another block review, but you'll have to be significantly more convincing. I would ask that you please reconsider my block system. I understand that I did wrong by not declaring paid editing. Alan Hardest (talk) 16:09, 1 November 2017 (UTC)

Decline reason:

This seems to just be repeating the paragraph you added below. You subsequently lied about creating those articles, and about using multiple accounts. This is in addition to your previous integrity problems with undisclosed paid editing, even after being prompted multiple times. It does not appear that you can be taken for your word, and requests to make more paid edits seems poorly timed. Kuru (talk) 16:25, 1 November 2017 (UTC)
