May I know the reason for blocking me from editing? If you think I am sharing about some University in my country that does not mean i tend to promote/advertise about it. Its an information being provided with a neutral and factual point. Well I just joined Wikipedia for the first time. I have appealed against you according to the guidelines. Wikipedia is not a place for preparation tips – we are an encyclopedia, not a textbook. However our sister website Wikiversity would be happy for preparation tips.
