Please don't add info about electric bikes to personal transporter article again

Please don't add info about electric bikes to personal transporter article again, as they are not within scope, as per the second paragraph of the lead. Thank you. PeterEastern (talk) 19:51, 5 November 2017 (UTC)

• I do not agree with you. the mini ebike i mentioned is answers the charactaristics of a personal transporter very accuratly (unsigned comment by user:Adamaloni)

I realise that you are currently blocked, but I will respond here on the assumption that at some point you will be able to continue editing. The correct place to discus what is in and not in scope for the article is on the talk page of the article. I simply alerted you here as to why I had reverted your work. Please raise further comment on talk:Personal transporter. Also notice that I have moved you responses on this page from the top of the page to a position just below my comment to keep the threading clear. Also... when you make a comment please sign it, which you can do easily using ~~~~. Finally, I notice that you have added the mini electric bike back again, which I have now removed again. As I explained to you, and in the lead of the article, the reason that it is out of scope is because it has pedals, and is therefore covered by the existing regulations for bicycles and electric bicycles. Can you define personal transporter then? What sets it apart from that light ebike? It may be a bicycle but it is also personal transporter and both do not disturb each other. (unsigned comment by Adamaloni)

Firstly, thank you for responding after my last response, which is the right place. However, do notices that I have that response so that is a clearer by merging the separate lines and inserting a series of ':' characters at the start of the line to indent it 4 spaces and have also added signature that the end so that everyone who's who said what. I mentioned above you can add a signature by including the text ~~~~ after your response on a talk page. I becomes automatic after a while. In response to your question about why a light ebike is not in scope, can I point you to talk:Personal transporter where I have added a section titled 'Scope' to respond to this specific question. If you want to talk about that subject then the correct place to do so is there, and not on your talk page so that everyone else interested in the subject will read it. Thanks.
