International regulation edit

I would like to discuss the possibility of removing this section completely. The reason to remove is simple, Wikipedia is not a law book and really should refrain from attempting a comprehensive list of regulations in various states, cities, countries, etc. There is really no reason why this information should be on Wikipedia in the first place since these regulations and rules are ever changing and not continuously updated when those rules are updated locally, as to be expected.
