Sourcing edit

Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source as you did to List of Days of our Lives cast members is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Reliable sources include soapoperadigest.com and nbc.com. Fan sites like soaps.com, soapcentral.com, soapoperafan.com, are unreliable per WP:V. Rm994 (talk) 16:43, 12 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Again, please add sources when adding information to articles. Rm994 (talk) 02:56, 29 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

GH Cast List edit

I keep noticing that you're deleting Cole/Hope from the cast list. First off, we do not just remove them. If you're going to edit the list, edit it correctly. You move them to "Previous Cast Members". Second of all, it is not confirmed they're "dead" or off the series. So please stop removing them, we're continually having to undo your edits. If you continue to do it, I will report you. Thank you. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 17:49, 1 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Another warning. And your final one. You cannot add cast members to cast lists until episode has aired, or at least begun to air in all areas. So that's why your recent edit was reverted by another user. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 21:54, 5 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for April 19 edit

Hi. When you recently edited List of General Hospital cast members, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Peter Hansen (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Citing edit

Thank you for your contribution to List of General Hospital cast members. However, next time, please correctly cite your source and not be lazy about just throwing a ref code around it. As you can see, the rest were properly sourced. Thank you. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 16:33, 24 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Anthony is NOT Dead edit

First off, per WP:FICTION soap characters do not die. Plus, SOD confirmed that Bruce is not leaving the series anytime soon. So use more than a show to back up your claims. And sign your posts correctly. I don't respond to unsigned posts. Also, those are the kind of ages likely to get deleted due to lack of sourcing, so try and provide fully cited sources for your claims. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 16:33, 31 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your reasoning edit

Your reasoning is invalid. The cast list on Soapoperadigest.com still lists Sean Kanan on the series, when he has not been in months. As do other series, it invalidates the whole thought process you have. Please stop adding her or I will report you. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 05:05, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Soaps.com, SoapCentral, TV Megasite, and many others list Maitland as a recurring character, as well as her Wiki page and the character's Wiki page. And don't assume anything about my thought process or I'll report you. --Ackgh73994 (talk) 05:09, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

SoapCentral fails to be recognized as a source for that. And her Wiki page is thoroughly wrong. Report me on your thought process? Aha. How does that violate anything to Wiki terms? Maitland is guest-starring recurring. She's not like someone sy Bregman who is paid on a weekly basis. She does guest spots. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 05:13, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I wouldn't report you for my thought process, but rather the way you treat me and other users. You're not the Soap Opera Wiki Dictator, which is how you act.--Ackgh73994 (talk) 05:15, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Because your edits are wrong Ack. It's clear you have a serious issue with me with how irate you come at me when I don't come at you in any irate way. And just like you tell me not to tell you about your thought process, please don't proceed to tell me and patronize me about how I may or may not act. If you cannot handle someone correcting your wrongs on Wikipedia, you shouldn't be editing on the site. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 05:16, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

I just find it a little odd that out of all of the users on this site that you are the only one to ever find my edits wrong and revert them. If that isn't a serious issue, than I do not know what is. --Ackgh73994 (talk) 05:21, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

How is it a serious issue? If I didn't get to them, no one else would until either later in the AM or not at all. I keep track of all major articles to soap operas that I have edited to. It has nothing to do with your Ack, nothing at all. That is not the type of editor I am. If you honestly think I sit here awaiting your edits, that is vastly wrong. You're reading far too much into it. When I edit on Wiki, it's objective, not personal. I'm am vastly dedicated to soap opera pages, as they are dwindling down to violations they face. And I won't apologize for trying to keep them alive. MusicFreak7676 TALK! 05:23, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

WP:YEAR edit

I noticed on the GH cast list you made it 2011—2012 when you should know it should be 2011–12 per WP:YEAR and the dash changes. Musicfreak7676 my talk page! 16:28, 17 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

I apologize. I can still remember Wikipedia when you didn't have to do that. Personally, I think 2011-2012 is more professional than 2011-12. Again, I apologize. --Ackgh73994 (talk) 18:57, 17 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Well, WP:YEAR has always been apart of Wiki policy, but most either do not know of it or acknowledge it. But when the whole cast list is done to match WP:YEAR, it's only fair to continue doing it and not do what you personally feel is the more "professional" choice. Port_Charles_(fictional_city) edit

Hi - I had put a section on the talk page about the residences section before I edited but never received any feedback. I didn't remove that section altogether, I combined it with the Residences section under "places of interest" as the same info was both places. Can we discuss on the talk page? Thanks! Kelly Marie 0812 (talk) 04:19, 10 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi - I've noticed you've edited this page again since I left this message. Can we please discuss this topic on the articles talk page? I think my edits were helpful and would like to revert them back, or at least reach consensus. Kelly Marie 0812 (talk) 01:18, 12 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for February 1 edit

We noticed though that when you edited List of General Hospital characters (1980s), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John McBain (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
