Hello, I'm Moriwen. Thank you for your contributions to Character (symbol). I appreciate the effort you made for our project, but unfortunately I had to undo your edit(s) because I believe the article was better before you made that change. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions. Thank you!

Information icon Hello 83.253.235.22. I appreciate your efforts to improve the article Animal language, but some of your edits have been reverted or corrected, in part because your use of English was grammatically incorrect. If you speak a different language more fluently or require assistance, please feel free to ask for help with your proposed edits on the article's talk page. Please don't use an automated tool to alter spelling or grammar if you aren't fluent enough in English to know whether those changes are correct. There are multiple users who would be glad to help you fix grammar-related issues. To find out about other useful contributions you can make to Wikipedia which don't require absolute fluency in English, see Wikipedia:Task Center. Thanks! — Moriwen (talk) 16:22, 4 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please use edit summaries edit

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! Jean-de-Nivelle (talk) 19:17, 4 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi,

Once again, please use edit summaries. Some of your edits are clearly not useful (adding forty blank lines to an article, for example) but it would be courteous and helpful if you would clarify your intentions in many cases. I reverted a few of your edits that seemed to make no sense - moving a language spoken in a Cameroonian village to Nigeria, for example, or a Maori language spoken in New Zealand territory to Australia - but others seem more reasoned. There's a risk that your contributions may be mistaken for vandalism and reverted as such. Best wishes, Jean-de-Nivelle (talk) 11:51, 5 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

November 2023 edit

Hello, I'm Jean-de-Nivelle. An edit that you recently made to Aiden Pompey seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Jean-de-Nivelle (talk) 17:11, 18 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Biloxi language, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Jean-de-Nivelle (talk) 17:22, 18 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

December 2023 edit

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Near-open front unrounded vowel. Nardog (talk) 16:41, 2 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at Media market, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you.
