January 2022 edit

Hello, I'm Levi OP. I noticed that you recently removed content from Sam W. Heads without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ― Levi_OPTalk 13:57, 31 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

Conflict of interest issues edit

In response to the message you left on my talk page...

Wikipedia has many policies on what can be on pages, who can put it there, and what it can contain. One of these policies, listed at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, states that, Conflict of interest (COI) editing involves contributing to Wikipedia about yourself, family, friends, clients, employers, or your financial and other relationships. Regardless of if the information you have to contribute is coming from the person themselves, or you, as a friend of them, it's not allowed as it is a conflict of interest. People in a conflict of interest with the article in question can leave a message on the talk page requesting changes be made to the article, and other editors can fulfil these requests if they see fit. For a guide on how to do that, see Wikipedia:Edit requests. Thanks, ― Levi_OPTalk 15:20, 31 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

January 2022 edit

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring, as done at Sam W. Heads.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bbb23 (talk) 16:56, 31 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
