Who I am

First and foremost I consider myself a humble follower of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. It is for His glory that I strive to live out my days on this earth. My personal background is that of a father to three great children and husband to my high-school sweetheart of over 23 years. My occupational background is in engineering and employment exclusively with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for over 23 years. I enjoy reading, exploring, learning, building, and fixing. I am most passionate about God's calling on my life to reveal His truth to a world that is lost in deception and lies.

I've recently published a book entitled "Genuine" for which I hope to soon establish a Wikipedia page.

Favorite Authors

Among some of my favorite authors are John Eldredge, C. S. Lewis, and Juli Slattery.

Scripture

Many who profess a faith in the Lord Jesus Christ have specific scripture that is special to them in some way. Mine is Psalms 37:3-7:

Trust in the LORD, and do good;

dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.

Delight yourself in the LORD,

and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Commit your way to the LORD;

trust in him, and he will act.

He will bring forth your righteousness as the light,

and your justice as the noonday.

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him;
