Gmatsuda (talk · contribs) was recently caught using multiple IP addresses to stack votes on dozens of AfDs (mostly those that Gmatsuda had started)...I have attempted to locate the discussions that may have had a different outcome had there been no such activity. I did not evaluate the contents of deleted articles, only the liklihood that an alternate AfD closure (or probable relist) reasonably would have occured.

- I restored Red Car Inc., deleted on Gmatsuda's prod with an IP sock adding a prod2. The article appears to assert notability and appears notable enough to likely survive an AfD.
