I'm a second year Psychology major at the University of Arizona, and a Spanish minor. I aspire to be a social worker and work with children when I graduate. I've had a lot of experience working with children. I've helped teach classes at church for kids for four years, have attended a "How to Identify Child Abuse Course", and as a project for one of my classes designed art lesson plans and taught for a special needs class at a local preschool. I know i want to work with children as a career, so studying every aspect of psychology and how it can apply to helping children is my esencial goal. I'm also hoping that having a spanish minor can work to my advantage so that i can apply spanish to the job and help those who only know spanish as well.
