Approve Alt2 The article was nominated on August 2, just one day after creation, so it easily meets the seven days requirement. I'm not even going to bother to do an exact prose length check, because I can tell just by looking at it that it is far over 1500 character. Over 5000, even. The article is written neutrally and has proper in-line citation. I am using WP:AGF on the offline and non-English sources, though the non-English book certainly looks to have plenty about her. Surprised the article isn't even longer, really. As for the hook, I think I would go with Alt2, which is more informative and, personally, a more interesting wording for her as a person. It is 180 characters, within the limit. As for the images, the lede image does seem to fall under fair use and the gravestone is public domain, so no issues there. The fair use image isn't being used as a part of the hook here, so it doesn't violate the rules of DYK. And the QPQ review has been done. Everything looks good here. The sentence that states she's a People's Hero of Yugoslavia needs an in-line citation at the end of it, as per the DYK criteria. Given that the sources are offline/paywalled, I can't verify which source is correct to source that fact. ~ Rob^Talk 02:51, 6 August 2015 (UTC)

@Surtsicna: In short, can you move either ref 3 or 5 to the previous sentence on her receiving the People's Hero of Yugoslavia designation? Whichever of those refs covers that. If both do, just move one. Apologies for that, the in-line citation thing is a rule, though I personally think it a really stupid one when the ref for it is just one sentence after. Two inline citations follow the claim that she is the only Muslim woman recognized as People's Hero of Yugoslavia. Repeating the citations right before that sentence would be absurd. How could she be the only female Muslim People's Hero of Yugoslavia if she was not People's Hero of Yugoslavia? I understand the rule, but it does not seem to be broken here. On 20 December 1951, Vahida Maglajlić was recognized as a People's Hero of Yugoslavia. She is the only Muslim woman to have received the award.[3][5]

Approve Alt2 and Image Yugoslavia has interesting copyright law, but everything looks good. Image is public domain, so it's fine to use on the front page. Silver seren^C 16:53, 6 August 2015 (UTC)
