The Blob (Pacific Ocean) edit

  • ... that there's a "Blob" in the Pacific Ocean?

  • New enough and long enough. The hook is enticing. As the hook is only there to mention the existence of this anomaly, I must look at the referencing in the whole article. The sources from geographical papers are obviously fine, also from NatGeo. However, as a Brit, I can tell you that the Daily Mail has a reputation for pseudoscience and quackery, thus that reference should be removed and any of its claims be sourced to more reliable publications. There remains a citation needed tag about the prognosis of this Blob, quick searches of the sources showed no avail to "2015". Can you source where you got that prognosis from? I want to pass this hook with these improvements. '''tAD''' (talk) 22:06, 29 April 2015 (UTC)
