Randle Feilden edit

  • ... that Major General Sir Randle Feilden has a horse race named in his memory? Source: "A fellow Coldstreamer, my father hod been second-in-command to Gerry Feilden in the BEF In France in 1940. Ultimately he became a major-general and senior steward at the Jockey Club. An annual race at Newmarket - the Feilden Stakes - commemorates him." [1]

  • Hi Hawkeye7, review follows: article created 14 January; article is of good length; article is well written and sourced throughout to reliable sources; largely sourced to offline works for which I will AGF no copyright violation; hook is interesting and short enough, I amended slightly to correct a typo "in in memory" and changed the link to "a horse race" rather than "horse race" to make clear it links to the specific race named for him; QPQ done. This one looks good to go - Dumelow (talk) 18:45, 15 January 2018 (UTC)
