- No, I don't mean that at all. In Australia, a celebrant is someone who conducts weddings. According to the article on marriage officiant, In the United States, Canada and many other countries around the world, a celebrant is a person who performs religious or secular celebrancy services for weddings. How about:

Moved to mainspace on 14 October, long enough, sufficiently referenced. No close paraphrasing seen from the online sources, but most are books so AGF. The hook's source is also offline.
