It could be either way. I chose 'in' because the award is given to writers in many languages (case in point: National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil). —Vensatry _(talk) 12:02, 14 June 2016 (UTC)

Whoa. I just started moving the page and fixing links in other articles when I came across all the other awards for other languages – List of Sahitya Akademi Award winners for Rajasthani, List of Sahitya Akademi Award winners for Bengali, List of Sahitya Akademi Award winners for Assamese, List of Sahitya Akademi Award winners for Hindi, etc. Although I don't like the grammar, it looks like this is the accepted page name. Tweaking the hook and restoring approval tick per Aoba47's review. Yoninah (talk) 16:41, 15 June 2016 (UTC)
