@IronGargoyle: Good work on this article. After conducting a source and text check, I'll say that this nomination is good to go. I have a few suggestions: rephrase "Koch prevailed" in the second paragraph of the "History" section since that's the exact wording Futrell uses to describe the debate. Also, replace the word "flagging" with "weakening" or "dropping" or something that is more direct.
