Checks out, new, long, within policy. Hook should be quoted accordingly: ALT2: ... "El Gran Carlemany", the national anthem of Andorra, celebrates it as the "only remaining daughter of the Carolingian Empire"?.

Expanded on 7 May, it is long enough, and hook is within policy with 131 char. and reference (see this for quoting). However, the hook should be quoted accordingly:
- ALT2:
