This page is not unambiguously promotional, because...

Everything that is written is supported by notable citations. Facts like 'known to be one of India's finest mixologist' - it cannot be changed and worded any other way simply because it is a FACT stated and cited by independent media of good standing.

'Lama been appointed the India attaché by Tales of the Cocktail New Orleans...' again it is a fact supported by notable independent media hence cannot be watered down and worded any different.

'Lama also owns a bar called Cocktails & Dreams in..' again a fact that cannot be altered!

'He was awarded Indian Bartender of the year in 1996 and the Asia-Pacific 30 under 30 Award in 1997...' an evidence based fact and I cannot, at this time think of any other line to describe this fact too.

Nowhere in the article has fluffy, promotional or peacock statements been used- Just facts.

-- Editors, please feel free to reword any promotional material rather than support the deletion the process. _____________________________

General notability guideline:

-If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list. IN this case references in reliable sources have been found that demonstrate notability.

-The coverage of him as a professional suggests that he qualifies notability(subject of a national print media and national broadcast show). Note also that per WP:INTERVIEW An independent interviewer represents the "world at large" giving attention to the subject, and as such, interviews as a whole contribute to the basic concept of notability. It is therefore wrong to dismiss interviews.
