Contested deletion edit

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (it provides objective information about the gameplay and reception of a cross platform mobile game. It was not created for promotional purposes, but rather describes a game that tens of thousands of users play on a daily basis on Android and the iPhone. To remove any potential commercial elements, all external links have been removed (specifically those to the android marketplace and iphone app store). In good faith, this article is now in line with those of its peers. --Spencerhawkins (talk) 01:58, 7 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

I have challenged the Speedy Deletion, as I think there is enough here to justify at least a more deliberative deletion process. But let me warn you that the article may not pass the General Notability Guidelines. The current references may not demonstrate enough in depth coverage of the subject, as most are mentions of the subject on lists of good products, but don't really spend much or any time discussing the subject in detail. General Notability Concerns edit

Added a review from Android journalist Ian Black of Appolicious (a subsidiary of Yahoo! Games). Removed subjective and/or ambiguous claims such as " and has received high praise from both critics and fans" and "popular". Moved all awards to a specific section and listed them in an objective manner without interpretation, each of which as its own independent citation. I have no affiliation with any of these sources or the creator of the game. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Spencerhawkins (talkcontribs) 05:20, 7 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
