Talk:Visa requirements for Singapore citizens

DPRK Visa Free

edit

Although DPRK is features as visa-free on Timatic website, this is incorrect as collaborated by several sources: 1. Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs website - http://www.mfa.gov.sg/content/mfa/consular_information/for_singapore_citizens/visa_information.html?selected_cty=north_korea 2. Korea Konsult - one of the tour agencies that run tours to DPRK has confirmed as of 19th December that Singapore citizens still need visas to enter DPRK. This requirement is only waived for Diplomatic and Ordinary passport holders.

Only ordinary Singapore passport holders with Letter of Confirmation from Singapore Business Federation (which includes an official invitation from a recognized DPRK company) stating that the trip is for official business purposes qualify for visa-free entry.
