Article name edit

Article renamed Treasure of the Rudras from Rudora no Hihou, based on use English and common names - one of the very few occasions the 'google test' is actually somewhat valid for determining the latter, rom community is mostly an online affair. "Treasure of the Rudras" = 1060, "Rudora no Hihou" = 708, "Rudra no Hihou" = 620, all of which include wikipedia etc. Done some quick standardising of how the game is refered to in the article, but plan on doing a couple of sentences on the transcription/translation issues, based on Haeleth's old notes, as it's an interesting issue. --zippedmartin 15:57, 19 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

The article has now been moved to Rudra no Hihō because of WP:VG/GL#Games. Megata Sanshiro (talk) 14:12, 18 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Magic edit

Added the basics (and then some) of the mantra system, including elemental bases, prefixes and suffixes, combinations thereof, and special cases. IP address will be shown as I'm not a registered Wikipedian. Also, the -zan suffix is never taught in-game but I discovered it and used it throughout the early adventure; dull graphics effects but very cost-efficient! 10:02, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

Thanks. I copy edited everything to remove much of the specialized information. It's important to keep in mind that Wikipedia is a general-use encyclopedia, so the detailed list of core mantra elements, for example, is not really appropriate here. Ditto for specific MP costs, lists of mantras, etc. — BrianSmithson 13:46, 28 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Development edit

Is there any information on the development of the game? I have heard that when Square was working on the next Final Fantasy game (what would have been VII on the snes) the game was eventually scrapped becuase developers were pulled from the project to work on Chrono Trigger and "other games" I can't help but wonder if this is one of those other games. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.11.212.226 (talk) 16:54, 6 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

"mantras" in the English(thief/fake) translation edit

Because it did not like the original, did you falsify? Do not put the translation that the thief made. 211.122.221.137 (talk) 10:33, 9 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
