In § Safety regulations, second para starts "For toy safety, every country has its own regulations. But since the globalization and opening of markets, most of them try..." (my emphasis).
Either "its" or "them" needs to change for number agreement. Please replace the first sentence with:
"Countries have their own toy safety regulations."
