I've removed the information about "TRI.NET" and Scorecard.org. The first is not an active page and the second has not been updated since 2002. I haven't had the chance to go through the rest of the information in this section, but I am concerned that it might also be out of date. The EPA pages and access points for TRI reports are operational and as user friendly as a government page can be. Should we remove this entire section?
