The article January 1997 Tuscaloosa tornado outbreak, is about a tornado that was part of this outbreak. It was a single F2 tornado with one fatality. That article is of questionable notability to begin with, and there is no reason it should exist if we already have a page about the main outbreak. Can you link me to a few sources mentioning that the Tuscaloosa tornado was part of this outbreak? While I'm not assuming that wouldn't be the case I can't find any pages mentioning that, especially since this page claims that there were 0 fatalities. I think the mere fact that this tornado occurred on the same day and in the same region as the tornadoes discussed in this article is enough to qualify it as part of the same outbreak. This article lists no fatalities because it only cites the Nashville WFO, so only the tornadoes that affected those counties would be mentioned. Looking at the date, this outbreak produced tornadoes in Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, and Alabama as well as Tennessee. The NWS page cited in this article links to this map. There are some other issues that need to be fixed as well. From what I can tell this event produced 22 tornadoes, not 58, and I could not find any records of tornadoes on January 25. Update: I have the list of tornadoes ready in my sandbox for as soon as there is a consensus to merge. The Tuscaloosa tornado would get its own section which would include pretty much all of the information from the Tuscaloosa tornado article.
