Update edit

I think Category:2021 disestablishments in Oregon, Category:Restaurants disestablished during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Category:Restaurants disestablished in 2021 apply. User:Kbabej, thoughts? ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:44, 27 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Another Believer: Good call! I'll add those now. I'll also work on making sure the article language is in past tense. --Kbabej (talk) 16:45, 27 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
Kbabej, Thanks! And thanks for updating the PDX restaurant template. I've updated the list of PDX restaurants as well. ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:58, 27 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

2022 update edit

Looks like the article needs to be updated. @Kbabej: Putting this on your radar as article creator! ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:30, 22 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Great, thank you! Will update! --Kbabej (talk) 16:30, 22 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Kbabej: Thank you! I've removed the business from List of defunct restaurants of the United States, updated Template:Restaurants in Portland, Oregon, and updated List of restaurants in Portland, Oregon. Do you think we should remove the "disestablishment" categories as well? ---Another Believer (Talk) 16:52, 22 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Another Believer thanks for updating those lists/templates. I was actually going to ask you, as a PDX restaurant article guru, if you think those should be removed. I mean, it's part of the restaurant's history, and they definitely closed because of the pandemic. But now they're open again. So I'm not sure, and don't have strong feelings either way. Just want to makes sure the history is appropriately accounted for. Open to any suggestions! --Kbabej (talk) 16:59, 22 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
I'll go ahead and remove the categories. I agree, the closure is notable and should be discussed in the article's prose, but I think keeping the entry in these categories is misleading. Thanks! ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:00, 22 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
That totally makes sense! I agree it could definitely look misleading to keep now that I think about it, but since it's covered in the prose should be fine. Thanks for your help! --Kbabej (talk) 17:04, 22 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
