I did a bit more digging. Video and regular card games was launched in 2011. Most information is in Korean and it is difficult for a non-Korean speaker like myself to look for more sources. Korean Namu Wiki (which is not reliable but likely correct...) at https://namu.wiki/w/소드걸스 states that the online version was launched in April 2011 and discontinued in 2017, which is confirmed by Internet Archive https://web.archive.org/web/2017*/http://www.sword-girls.com/default.aspx. It also has some claims about this being revived as a fan(?) project and reactivated in 2019/2020 and even about the fans acquiring a license but this is not sourced well. A physical CCG was launched a year later in 2012 (per namu wiki https://namu.wiki/w/소드걸스/TCG and had five sets released quickly, but seems to have been discontinued in 2013, without any official announcements, at least as far as I can figure out from namu wiki.
